The General Subdepartment of Inspection of Terrestrial Transport has published the Plan of Inspection of Terrestrial Transport 2024. This Plan makes annually and has like purpose the increase of the efficiency of the function inspector when establishing of systematic way the performances and guidelines to be followed in the operations of control that during the period of force go to carry.
For the preparation of the Plan of Inspection of Terrestrial Transport, has worked with the members of the Grouping of Traffic of the Civil Guard and with the representatives of the autonomous communities managers of the Inspection of Terrestrial Transport.
It has asked report to the members of the autonomic Policemen through his respective autonomous communities. With date 15 November 2923 maintained meetings with the Department of Commodities and of Travellers of the National Committee of the Terrestrial Transport by Road, respectively, being connoisseurs of the importance of the opinion of the transport by road.

Aims of the Plan of Inspection for 2024
The aims of this Plan that affect to the transport of commodities by road are the following:
•Control of the fulfillment of the conditions that have to fulfil for the exercise of the profession of carriers attending to the rule in force
•Put special attention in companies with a main tendency offender
•Control of the deslocalización of the big companies to countries of the European Union with fewer costs of exploitation of the activity, that generates a situation of disloyal competition
•Control of the “utilisation “of fraudulent form of the distinct forms of social organisation (cooperatives of work), in which it does not exist a true relation societaria, concealing obligations and responsibilities that are demanded to the companies of transports
•Control on the areas of business for the consumption colaborativo in matter of mobility that can hide diverse forms of fraud where exists a spirit of lucre and conceal a business activity that have to be considered like professional services of transport, so much of travellers as of commodities
•Control of the morosidad
•Control of prices and costs related with the transport
•Control of the load and download
