Restrictions to the circulation of trucks in Italy for 2024

Italy already has made public the calendar of the prohibitions to the circulation of trucks for 2024. The Minister of Infrastructures and Transports, Matteo Salvini, has signed the decree that regulates the prohibitions to the circulation of vehicles used for the transport of commodities, with a maximum total mass authorised upper to 7,5 t, in roads extraurbanas, festive and other days of the year that are particularly critics for traffic gone.
To the equal that in anterior years, the prohibitions to the circulation of trucks during the Sundays of January, February, March, April, May, October, November and December, will be of 9:00 to 22:00 hours, and the Sundays of June, July, August and September, of 7:00 to 22:00 hours. In Saint Week (of the Friday 29 March to the Tuesday 2 April),the prohibitions will affect to the Friday 29 March, of 14:00 to 22:00 hours; the Saturday 30 March, of 9:00 to 16:00 hours; the Sunday 31 March, of 9:00 to 22:00 hours; the Monday 1 April, of 9:00 to 22:00 hours, and the Tuesday 2 April, of 9:00 to 14:00 hours.
During the period estival, also there will be restrictions to the circulation of trucks of 16:00 to 22:00 hours, the Fridays 26 July and the 2 and 9 August 2024
Transport of Dangerous Commodities

Besides, the transports of commodities of the classes 1 and 7, with independence of the weight of the vehicle, also will have forbidden the circulation all the Saturdays of 8:00 hours to 24:00 hours and all the Sundays of 00:00 hours to 24:00 hours the weekends of 18 May to 1 September of the 2024.
